Fredato quickstart guideline
Welcome to the freiburg research data tool. To use fredato and fredato-related GitLab and Nextcloud you need your CRC credentials (SFB-LDAP).
Please note, fredato uses GitLab for authentication. By going on “sign in with GitLab” you will be first redirected to GitLab`s Log in page.
Please use your CRC credentials for the GitLab login.
After the successful login you will be asked to authorize fredato to use the GitLab account. This is an important step for work with fredato, please don’t skip it.
As next step, you will be automatically redirected back to fredato.
Now you can start working with fredato. You can find all important information and workflow steps by going on the question mark icon in the top right corner of the screen.
For access to fredato or Nextcloud please ask the responsible manager in your department or IT-team.
